About the Course
This is a great option if you want some extra accountability or workout with a spouse or close friend. Trainings are designed around the training partners and are complete fitness programs. We will work on muscular and cardiovascular strength and endurance and as well as each persons' flexibility, mobility, balance, core strength, and nutrition.
Sessions take place in the gym, in home, or outdoors at a mutual location. Sessions are all upbeat and progressive. We begin with your core strength, musclar endurance, balance, and progressive from there. Workouts are challenging, yet doable and will give you the energy and keys back to your health and fitness goals.
These sessions are either 30 or 60 minutes and last 3, 6, or 12 months.
