About the Course

Personal training is for individuals looking for a tailored program specifically for them. All of our sessions begin with a full movement and nutritional assessment and progress to a complete workout. Our workouts begin with core strengthening, muscular endurance, stability, flexibility, and mobility training and progresses when our clients are ready to move forward. We also provide cardiovascular exercises and nutritional guidance into every program as well. Online and Sports Specific training also fall under personal training when training is one on one.

Prices vary depending on the time, length, and frequency of the training programs. This is why we first take our clients through a prequal and then a consultation where we ask questions and figure out which program would work best for that client. Our clients train 2, 3, or 4 days a week for 30 or 60 minutes.

We provide you with the knowledge, science, and accountability built directly into a specific program for you. You get one on one training, a training app that has all of your personal flexibility, mobility, resistance, and cardiovascular workouts, a gym membership, a commited training staff with over 20 years of training experience, and results you're going to love.
