About the Course
This is where people come to train!! Our classes revolve around builing strength and endurance. We focus on your core, balance, strength, and your endurance. All workouts are progressive and class sizes are kept between 3 to 6 people. All classes are 30 minutes long and consists of group warm ups, workout, and cool downs. Online and Sports Specific training also fall under semi-private training when 3 to 6 people are present.
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 4:30 AM, 11:00 AM, and 5:30 PM.
