Partner Training

About the Course

Partner training is perfect for those who do not want to train alone! It consists of two people (male or female) with similar workouts for 30 or 60 minutes. Programs are specific to each individual and will focus on form, function, and the goals of each person. Each person will work on muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, mobility, cardivascular fitness, and nutritional guidance. Workouts are scheduled 2, 3, or 4 times a week for 3, 6, or 12 months.
