About the Course

Personal training is all about the individual and their goals. We will work one on one to help you achieve your goals in a safe and efficient manner. Individual sessions begin with an assessment to understand your body mechanics and fitness level. From there we will create a program that will focus on movement performance, joint health, muscular and cardiovascular strength and endurance, balance, flexibility, and will provide nutritional guidance.

Sessions begin with a five minute cardio warm-up and individualized flexibility and mobility exercises and progress to your one on one training session. Training sessions are 30 or 60 minutes long.
