About the Course

If you have a busy schedule or are looking to get into shape this fast paced class is for you. Classes are 30 minutes long on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 4:30 AM, 11:00 AM, and 5:30 PM. Each class focuses on cardio, strength, and core functional movements.

Each membership comes with before and after photos, measurements, and nutritional guidance. These classes are considered small group training and only has 3 to 6 people per class. Each member will recieve individual attention, exercises and guidance.
